Fiona Aldwell is the founder and teacher behind Yamika Yoga — a space created to help others find strength, stillness, and connection through movement. Drawing from her background in Embodied Hatha Yoga, her studies in Ashtanga, and her training as a Personal Trainer, Fiona’s teaching blends structure with intuition, functional strength with mindful flow, and effort with ease.
Her classes weave together mobility, breathwork, and thoughtful sequencing, inviting students to move with awareness and compassion for their bodies. Guided by the belief that yoga is for everybody, Fiona creates a supportive environment that welcomes all levels — from beginners to experienced practitioners.
