Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class offers a gentle and supportive space to move with intention, release tension, and find balance. You’ll build flexibility, strength, and relaxation while learning to tune in to your breath and body. Each session is guided with care to ensure every participant feels comfortable and supported throughout their practice.
Location & Pricing
Our Embodied Yoga Classes take place at the Jockeys Weigh Room, Naas Racecourse, Tipper Rd, Naas, Co. Kildare — a peaceful and inspiring location that allows you to truly unwind and focus on your well-being.
Pricing is €60 for 4 classes or €18 pay-as-you-go (payment can be made in person).
